Todd was hired by the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department in 1990. He has worked numerous assignments over the years and is currently assigned to the Special Victims Bureau as a Team Lieutenant.
The Special Victims Bureau investigates all allegations of physical abuse and sexual assault of children, and all Rape and Sexual Assault cases with adult victims in Los Angeles County. The Special Victims Bureau handles on average over 4,500 cases per year.
Todd graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno with a Bachelor’s Degree in General Studies.
